Review and control

Human judgement stays attached to the content process.

Arc Echo is being designed to support proportionate review and clear decision records without claiming to classify or approve financial promotions.

No account. No payment. Review the strategy before entering an email.

The clear boundary

Arc Echo supports preparation and evidence, not regulatory sign-off.

Financial-promotion requirements apply across media. Arc Echo therefore connects the source draft, final rendered asset, reviewer checks and approver decision instead of treating a script as the whole review.

The firm remains responsible for ensuring each communication is accurate, balanced, appropriately approved and suitable for the channel in which it appears.

Proportionate attention

Different content can require different review depth.

The intended workflow separates editorial attention from legal classification. It does not decide whether an item is a financial promotion.

Standard

Routine educational communication

Voice, clarity, factual accuracy, source dates and the intended next action.

Enhanced

Technical or more durable content

Stronger attention to balance, assumptions, limitations, comprehension and final formatting.

High-attention

Time-sensitive or higher-risk material

Named specialist input, source evidence, final-asset review and an explicit approval record.

Review record

The final asset and the decision stay connected.

Editorial checks

Voice, repetition and clarity

Review whether the content sounds like the firm and adds a genuinely useful angle.

Boundary checks

Claims, dates and general information

Prompt the team to inspect technical wording, certainty, timeliness and advice boundaries.

Approval pack

Final draft, checklist and decision

Export the content, assigned members, comments and saved approval context together.
